Top Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Ukraine, Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the navigation and maps app landscape on iOS in Ukraine showed varied performance among the leading applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps experienced different trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Google Maps maintained a robust presence with weekly downloads ranging from 17K to 23K. Active user numbers began at approximately 3.5M at the start of the quarter and gradually declined to around 3.1M by the end.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a peak in downloads in early November with about 13.7K, followed by a decline, ending the quarter with around 8.9K. Active users fluctuated, starting at 440K and closing the quarter at 433K.

Google Earth experienced a consistent pattern in downloads, averaging around 1.4K weekly. Active users showed a slight increase toward the end of the quarter, moving from 36K to 31K.

MAPS.ME: Offline Maps, GPS Nav displayed stable download numbers, peaking at 2K in early October and gradually declining. Active users saw a notable increase from 56K to over 60K by the quarter's end. Revenue remained modest, reaching up to $32 in late November.

SeTracker2 had a varied download pattern, with a significant jump to 1.8K in late December. Active user numbers decreased from 11.6K to 7.7K by the end of the quarter, while revenue peaked at $100 in early October.
